The mission of the LEAF group is to deliver to the Agri Food community, from a multidisciplinary perspective: education, research and extension oriented towards the development and application of techniques and practices to improve processes and services, through the use of LEAN methodologies of management and strategy, analytics and information technologies, operational research and resilience engineering.
